Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. General

These Terms & Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made through Morante Boutique.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Products

All items offered are vintage or vintage handmade unless otherwise stated.

Due to the nature of vintage pieces, minor signs of age or wear may be present. We make every effort to describe items accurately and provide detailed photographs.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Euros (EUR).

VAT is not applicable — VAT not collected under article 293B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).

Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of error, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped worldwide via La Poste.

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–5 business days following payment confirmation.

Delivery timeframes:

France: 2–4 business days

European Union: 5–10 business days

USA & Canada: 7–20 business days

Rest of the world: 14–30 business days

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination and external factors.

6. Customs & Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery.

8. Liability

We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France.

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
