Refund Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days) – EU Customers Only
If you are a customer based in the European Union, you are entitled to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
To exercise this right, you must inform us by email at moranteboutique@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires. Once your withdrawal request has been submitted, you have an additional 14 days to return the item to us.
2. Returns & Conditions
A. Customers within the European Union
Return Period: Items must be dispatched back within 14 days following your withdrawal notification.
Condition: Products must be returned in unused condition, free from damage, and in their original packaging (including all tags and accessories).
Return Shipping Costs: All return-related expenses (including shipping, duties, and customs fees) are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refund Amount: The refund will cover the item price only; original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable (“Final Sale”) Items: Personalized or custom-engraved products, as well as sealed hygiene items once opened. All other vintage and handmade pieces remain eligible for return under these conditions.
For returns shipped internationally within the EU, please clearly mark the parcel as “RETURN – Returned Goods”. Any additional costs resulting from incorrect customs declarations will be deducted from the refund.
B. Customers outside the European Union
Vintage & Handmade Items: All purchases of vintage or handmade items are considered final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Newly Produced Items: For items that are not vintage (newly manufactured), a return request may be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping remains the buyer’s responsibility.
Return Procedure: To initiate a return for newly produced items, please contact us at moranteboutique@gmail.com
We will provide return instructions and the return address. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refund Amount: Approved returns will be refunded for the item price only, excluding the original shipping cost.
3. Damaged or Defective Items (All Customers)
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at moranteboutique@gmail.com, including clear photos of:
The external packaging (with shipping label and visible damage)
The item itself, showing the issue
Please do not return the item without prior confirmation from us.
If the damage occurred during transit, you may also submit a claim with the shipping carrier. We will assist you in resolving the situation.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, your refund will be issued within 14 days to your original payment method.
EU Returns: Refund = item price (excluding original shipping cost)
Non-EU Newly Produced Returns: Same conditions apply
Damaged or Defective Items: Full refund including original shipping, or replacement if preferred
