I had personal trouble with shipping because i made a mistake in my details but the seller was incredibly patient, helpful and kind and helped me get the pony shipped in the end. She came in flawlessly, her hair seemingly boilwashed and smooth. Again, the seller was very kind and i verily appreciate their help! Beautiful item :)
