Our collection consists primarily of vintage pieces and handmade items from different periods.

Product descriptions, images, and pricing may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice.

While we aim to present items as accurately as possible, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified in accordance with our VAT policy.

Availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order if an item becomes unavailable.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders can be placed using accepted payment methods such as credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other options available at checkout.

Payment is charged at the moment the order is placed. If authorization fails, the order may be declined or canceled.

For international orders, you are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs charges, or local taxes.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide via La Poste. Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1 - 5 business days following payment confirmation.

All parcels are shipped with tracking and require a signature on delivery.

Delivery timeframes:

France: 2 business days

European Union: 5 - 10 business days

USA & Canada: 7 - 20 business days

Rest of the world: 10 - 30 business days

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination and external factors beyond our control.

Ownership and risk of loss pass to you once the shipment has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy (available in the footer of the Site) for detailed information regarding withdrawal rights, return conditions, and refund procedures.

In accordance with EU regulations, customers within the European Union may withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery.

Unless explicitly marked otherwise (e.g., "Final Sale"), vintage and handmade items may be returned provided they are unused and in their original condition.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials available on the Site - including text, visuals, logos, and design elements - are the property of Morante Boutique or are used with proper authorization.

Any reproduction, distribution, or use of such content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

In all cases, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the item giving rise to the claim.
